The Interior Ministry announced the removal of several administrative documents in order to simplify procedures.
Indeed, 22 administrative certificates were deleted, including the certificate of celibacy, the marriage certificate, the polygamy certificate and the certificate of non-divorce.
Recall that the national portal of procedures and administrative formalities “Idarati” was launched Wednesday in Rabat.
This portal is part of the implementation of the provisions of Law 55-19 on the simplification of procedures and administrative formalities, declared to the MAP (M24) news channel, the secretary general of the Department. of administrative reform, Ahmed Laamoumri, noting that the procedures published on the portal are the only ones approved for the civil servant and the citizen.
The information space of this Portal will constitute an official national reference for the user, allowing him to consult the administrative procedures and formalities that he must carry out with the administrations, establishments and public enterprises, as well as local and regional authorities and any legal person subject to public law.
It should be remembered that administrations can henceforth only require administrative acts and documents stipulated in the legislative or regulatory texts in force, as approved by the National Commission for the Simplification of Procedures and Administrative Formalities and published. on the national portal.
It should be noted that the administrative acts published in the Portal have been listed, documented and transcribed by the administrations concerned, in accordance with the provisions of Law 55.19, which adopted several rules on simplification, including the most important, the prohibition of requesting the user to provide more than one copy of the application file for an administrative act.
Currently in Arabic, a version is planned in French.
