1st step: The PH
Test the PH level (testers available from Bricoma) then adjust the pH of the water between 7.2 and 7.6).
Neutral PH prevents irritation of the skin and eyes. It also determines the effectiveness of other treatments.
Add PH + or PH- (available from Bricoma), depending on the result of your test.
PH +: Use to increase the PH of water to reach 7.2.
Dosage:
For a 50 m³ swimming pool and a PH of 7.0 it is necessary to increase the PH by 0.2. 2 * 5g * 50 m³ = 500 g. product to add.
The PH-: To be used to decrease the PH of the water to reach 7.6.
Dosage:
For a 50 m³ swimming pool and a PH of 7.8 it is necessary to reduce the PH by 0.2. 2 * 10g * 50 m³ = 1 kg. product to add.
2nd step: Chlorine
Used to disinfect pool water, exists in powder, granules and pebbles.
Dosage:
A: Initial treatment (shock): Add 10 g. of chlorine per m³.
B: Maintenance treatment: Add 1 to 2 g. of chlorine per m³.
Instructions for use of chlorine:
If you have a swimming pool with a skimmer, introduce the necessary dose of chlorine into the skimmer and turn on the filtration equipment to allow the product to dissolve with the water flowing through the skimmer.
If you have an infinity pool you can distribute the chlorine evenly over the surface of the pool.
Regarding the chlorine tablet, you can use it by putting it in a floating dispenser.
3rd step: The anti-algae
Used to prevent the appearance of algae on the walls and bottom of the pool.
Dosage:
Pour the product into the pool when the filtration system is running.
A: Initial treatment (shock): Add 1 L. of anti-algae product for a 50 m³ swimming pool.
B: Maintenance treatment: Add ½ L. of anti-algae product for a 50 m³ swimming pool.
4th step: The flocculant
Used for pool water clarification. Eliminates suspended solids that cloud the water and fall to the bottom. Use it, let it act and use a vacuum broom to clean the bottom of the pool so that the water becomes clear and transparent.
Dosage:
Add ½ L. of flocculant for a 50 m³ swimming pool.
How to use the flocculant:
You can add the product directly or diluted in a container, where it is poured directly over the entire surface of the pool evenly. Leave it on for a few hours (overnight) with the filtration equipment turned off. Vacuum the bottom the next day using a vacuum broom with the filtration equipment on.
N.B .: The treatment should preferably be carried out at nightfall, without the presence of swimmers in the pool.
Count 2000 to 2500 Dirhams for a complete starter kit (PH tests, products, pole, landing net, brush and vacuum broom).
